Calvin College, VP for Admin. and Finance

Sally Vander Ploeg came to the World Mission Board in 2014. She is the Calvin College Vice President for Administration and Finance. She has experience in accounting, business, development, finance, higher education and law.

W Scott Baker

National Nail Corporation, Pres.

W. Scott Baker is the President/CEO of National Nail, Scott joined the board in 2016 after having gone on a Vision Trip to Kenya and seeing first hand the power of distributing audio Bible Treasures.

Roger Lucas

Land & Company, Ptr.

Roger Lucas is a partner of Land & Company. He has been on the board since the beginning of World Mission in 1994. Roger has a passion for aviation and was instrumental in World Mission providing the first floatplane in history to Lake Victoria, Africa.

John is a writer and director of feature films such as Tortured for Christ and The Frontier Boys, of curricula such as That the World May Know, and is a musician and worship leader, known from the band Grooters & Beal. The WM board extends John’s passion to live and share the Word of God.

Sherry Harney

Sherry Harney is an author, editor, speaker, and serves as the Executive Director of Spiritual Formation and Discipleship at Shoreline Community Church in Monterey, CA. as well as Co-Founder of Organic Outreach International with husband, Kevin Harney, who also serves at Shoreline Community Church as Lead Pastor. Sherry Harney’s newest book is Praying with Eyes Wide Open, a Life-Changing Way to Talk with God. Kevin and Sherry have three married sons and one grandson. Sherry enjoys cooking, hiking, swimming, really anything she can enjoy outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Dan is a partner of Land & Company. Dan has been a dedicated World Mission board member since 1995. He traveled to Southern Sudan before it was even a country and helped establish a clinic in the active war zone.

Kurt Poll

Kurt (Lisa) Poll (1/07)

Kamminga & Roedvoets, Pres.

Kurt is the President of Kamminga & Roedvoets, Inc. He has served on the World Mission board since 2007. Kurt has been a champion of World Mission’s effort to impact Africa, particularly both Congos and northern Kenya.

Kevin Roosien

Roosien & Associates, Pres.

Kevin is the owner of Roosien & Associates. He has recently joined the board after having traveled on numerous WM mission’s trips. Kevin loves the work of WM, especially the impact of the audio Bible Treasure in unreached places on unreached people.

Mark Sally

Mark (Sally) Young, Sr. (1/07)

Jekyll & Hyde, Pres.

Mark is the president of Jekyll and Hyde Advertising. He has served proudly on the World Mission Board since 2007 as he believes that the Great Commission is a commandment, not a suggestion. Mark has used his marketing skills to help brand the vision of World Mission on an international level.
